Get Back to Your Back in 2024

Pilates • Acupuncture • Accountability

I am teaming up with one of my close friends and talented acupuncturist, Erin Meyers of Wild Blue Acupuncture to bring a 6-week program to help you heal lower back pain. This program combines Pilates and acupuncture to help you build a strong core, loosen muscles, and reawaken the mind/body connection in order to alleviate chronic back pain.

This program includes:

Pilates Workout

12 Pilates Sessions

We will practice Pilates twice a week with Sasha at the Pilates Barn. This will include work on the Reformer as well as work on the mat and with a Theraband. These sessions will be designed to help integrate the acupuncture you will receive.

Acupuncture Tools

6 Acupuncture Sessions

You will receive weekly acupuncture sessions with Erin, specifically designed to help your brain connect and heal the tension, pain, and stress that we all tend to carry in our back.

Women Stretching

Accountability & Community

Make a commitment to yourself for the 6-week program. It's easy to have "get in shape" as a New Year's Resolution, but with this program, you can actually check that off the list in 2024.

WHY it works

These two practices compliment each other incredibly well when it comes to healing from chronic pain. Acupuncture connects your brain to your muscles while pilates helps re-connect your muscles to your brain. When your brain and muscular system are communicating with each other, healing, strength, and stress relief are not far behind!
