"I joined Sasha’s virtual Barre class a few months ago after not having done ballet for years and years, and having never done any Pilates. I’m not completely out of shape,because I also ice skate for exercise, but I’m no longer very limber and don’t have much upper body strength.Sasha’s class is just the right mixture of challenge and fun. Sasha understands her adult students’ needs and limitations, while encouraging us to increase our endurance and strength.Sasha will give us choices of difficulty levels, she is always encouraging and positive, and clearly enjoys teaching adults. Sasha is very personable, always making a point of taking a few minutes after every class to have a chat with her students, and she makes everyone feel like a part of the team."
